Hi fellow guardsman,

me from 1st Guards PTI during 1978 (during the days of Istana guard & vital installations guard) followed by my conversion to Guardsman (GNCC) PTI in 1979-1980's at 3rd guards bn total period spent in Guards formation 13years.

We beat the commandos for the covertted Best Combat Unit title 3 times during my tour in 3rd guards and won the best infantry unit title about 7 times.

was tough training, for the guys but at the end of the day it was a special satisfaction.
