Parts for GSX 400 is easy to find just need to know where to get, I ride one I don't find it hard to get. And about which one faster depends on the rider not everyone dare to bring 240km/hr :thumb:

Leave the racing in the track

Totally agree with what u said...!!!!

GSX-R 400 or RVF, tat all depends on the rider.

One comment to add =>

If paying 3-4 times more for the little difference, i rather choose the cheap deal.

If only the ex one can give me 3-4 time the power, i will consider having one.

Nevertheless, RVF is still a good bike when it's price is not taken into consideration.... :thirsty:

Have you had a 2nd thought of being a biker...????

i ride n own GSX400 and RVF b4..

toking abt mod GSX400 dun tok much abt engine, carb ,racing CDI !

EVEN a aftermarket ENDCAN also hard to find.. agree?

dun even have a STREET LEGAL endcan for tis model ..

yes ,GSX400 2nd hand parts can be found , but it only replaced ur wear and spoil parts.. i mean difficult or even dun have aftermarket parts for tis model..

tat explains y the price gap is so different .. =)

but after all GSX400 is still a very fast and powerful bike =)

i nv disagree with tis..

I DUN AGREE =X (no offense)

bro , if u wanna compare price and performance ..

den y ppl paying around 23k+ for a brand new R1 and not a 2nd hand R1 98-01 model which is only around 6-8k?

u mean they pay 3 times the price they get 3 times the power ? LOL!

for tat extra 15k they pay they only gain tat little hp and the outlook..

tis is the reason =)

Hi , not sure if u guys know that who ever wants to be the fasterest, what u need is reliable engine, good rider that hv knowlegde of bike's handling, condition and understanding of the bike's limitation, correct me if i'm wrong.

For modification : most singaporean hv very little knowlegde in modifications on bikes, and also cash flow, thats why most of them choose to get bolt on item and they think they can go very fast, end result bike broke down and blame on bike lousy. hehehe

If you know how to do the bike the original pipe is good enuff. Why get an aftermarket endcan? Wif the hands of an expert, other suzuki models parts can be used.

rvf verus g4 i say whichever I am riding will win. because the other one will be stationary.

Posted

maybe if suzuki produce a newer version of g4 like changing the riding posture and keep the same torque as before, maybe gt fight with rvf... never ride b4 a g4 so can't comment much.. so far my rvf have satisfied me alr.. and g4 is way to old alr... but i like the hollow "yoshi" sound of g4..

lol yea i like e sound if G4 , but e appearance and riding posture(esp this!) turn me off big time . Lol

haha, yesterday 1 jap tourist talk 2 me after he saw my bike, he thought of bringing in his g4 to spore to sell, not registered summore...he also said gsxr4 very popular bike in japan..hm...for me i think riding posture for gixxer4 sux when i rode long distances...but i like the bike cause of its ability to sustain 200km/h without overheating=)
