I jus had an accident wit a taxi on Monday too

knn, stupid taxi suddenly turn out from u turn and cut into middle lane

I coming straight on middle lane, not enough time to stop den hit into the back of the taxi

now still waiting for the case dunno can win anot

got witness there hope they are favour to my side

The more the insurance industry receives inflated claims, the more they will increase premiums across the board. Somebody has to sustain all the insurance claims out there. Ultimately, it is us, the consumers.

 

I'm not talking just about NCD per se.

Hmmm the faults on taxi driver part is kinda stereotype, its the same as how ppl perceive bikers to be...this is a vicious cycle, for me i dun trust anyone on the road even my riding buddies, i trust myself only otr, cuz there is no way that we can read a persons mind period, unless the other party can communicate with u via a comms set and made known his intention....

 

that is why i always tell ppl ride defensive and offensively, meaning open up your eyes and take in all the details that is on the road, read the traffic situation, only then this is how u survive on the road handling a vehicle not only bikes

Go as far as you can see; when you get there, you'll be able to see farther.

I'd reword that as "assertively". Riding offensively might just piss other people off, no :p
