I'm no racer or very fast by any means, just a guy who like to ride. I took a spill a 7 years ago and dislocated my shoulder and now it pops out easily, I still like riding very much. Took a while for me to face a left corner. My 2 cents worth, time restores confidence. I go to PG, ride for fun cause Singapore roads(have to admit not very much fun to do sport riding) . Just ride at your own pace and be cool. And Im sure pretty soon you'll be back to your old self.

i am not trackie... but i guess i (and for that matter anyone who been thru an accident) can understand how you feel...

to me, the only way to overcome the fear is to face it... but take it one step at a time...

all the best...

As long as your body is physically capable (ligament recovered) you should be fine. Start slow, find out why you crashed, learn from it, overcome your fear. You emerge a better rider.

I haven't ridden on track since I crashed in Jan. I can't wait to ride again also.

Suit on its way? Haven't heard from you for a while wor...
