2) Front Brake - Pass

3) Rear Brake - Pass

5) Allignment - Pass

6) Horn - Stock - Never Check

7) Visual Check - Mudguard - Pass

=======================

Headlight for phantom.

Well, I'm using the stock headlight with no modification.

Up to date I've never heard of any TA with stock headlight passed the inspection before.

But the inspector usually will close 1 eye and Pass it.

I have fail my first attempt of inspection

Reason ?

I have an additional footrest on my crashbar for highway cruising.

Even thou its folded up, the inspector still politely tell me that He cant pass me because of that. I have to remove the leg rest (lucky its removable type) on the spot before he award me with the certificate.

For those guys who have names on their numberplate.

there is no need for you to change back to the stock one.

Just use a black tape to cover across the number plate and you can pass through the inspection.

Will someone or some authority send you a letter to go for inspection?

I am new to this and have no idea about the process.

Yes, LTA will send you a letter for inspection yearly (depend on ur bike reg date)

It will notify you the dateline for u to go inspection.

Just visit to any VICOM of ur choice.

Go to counter and pay the 16bucks and you're ready to inspect.

Inspector pressed my horn, and it's loud ( esp. when not much cars in around at the time of my inspection ) Then he asked if I changed, I said yes. That's all

For my headlight, he asked, you add the cover ? I said yes. LoLz That's all

Hmm no problem for my crashbar with highway rest.

Can you roughly tell me how they inspect the exhaust?

Like they use some sound measuring device or stick something into it (just like NS Enlistment where they so call "SATAY" your arse hole.)

Please advise.

Cheers!

He just ask me start bike, then check the smoke.

 He never do anything physically to the exhaust.

Must depend on overall one if I'm not wrong.

If only 1 or 2 fail ( not serious one )

Overall will still pass.

Just go to a shop that does the sign and ask to replace 'M' only.. Check out at the shop whether they can do it.
