I think they rebuild the engines before each race, so reliability is not so much an issue as the engine has to last for just one race (at least). It's different when you're talking about day-to-day usage I guess.

Unless of course you're buying a dedicated track-day bike... :cheeky:

Even the smallest spark can start a massive forest fire...

i guess no one complained as much when Rossi was winning because when he won, people regarded him as the best rider.. not only just based on whether he had the most powerful engine or the best tyres.. he seemed to deserve his wins.. not to mention his charisma that earned him legions of fans.. and not forgetting the interest & dollars he's bringing in to motogp..

Sure, Stoner is good, but is he even in the same class as Rossi? Only time will tell but for now, his Ducati machine & Bridgestone's kicking ass.. not just Stoner the rider..

i don't think is just machine & tires. Rossi always pressure stoner in some race but stoner never break . not like all the rest of rossi past rival.

Yup, and Stoner is not the only one on Duc GP7. There's Loris, Alex B and Alex H....But only 1 Duc seems to always be on the top field. Quite logic why. Or maybe he Stoner is given "magic Bridgestones"?

Stoner is a talented chap. Now the next question is, without Traction Control, would Stoner be hero or zero? Valentino Rossi no need to ask, mostly would say he's hero cuz he used to race 500GP.

Looks like Valve Springs may not be able to match the performance of Desmo gear trains dude...

Topic for discussion at HQ????

What say you?

(But not tonight bro, meeting old friends for dinner)

Read before Yammies are the only squad left to use mechanical springs, while the rest Japs are on Pneumatic.

And the thunderstorm had to ruin the test and flooded Misano until waist level at one of the turns! Either it's a deep flood or it's a midget standing in the flood....

Ouch. That flood looks horrible. Hopefully the Misano GP will go on as planned.

agreed.. Rossi no doubt one of the best Champions in history..

but every champions had his bad days.. and after losing his title to Hayden.. and may b Stoner this year, i really surprise he's still can put on a cheerful smile..

but of course, i like more competitive games..

I believe Michellin shud do a better job.. than each factory do their best engine..
