[Discussion] Typical prices for Phantom repairs & mods

Anyone knows what's the bulb that are used in our dashboards? I'm referring to the 3 bulbs that indicate high beam, neutral and signal. My high beam one is spoilt, thinking of replacing it myself. My OCD kicked in even though high beam is not used in Singapore.

2 tubes are thinner, opaque and unblocked, one of them is the carb overflow down pipe, the other one I can't recall, maybe the PCV tube. Don't have to do anything about them.

 

The third thicker one is translucent and stoppered. This one is the crankcase breather tube. If filled with deposits u can just drain it off by removing the clip and stopper. Will have oil and water etc inside so prepare cloth. Must remember to stopper back after draining.

you can remove the black stopper to drain only. however the stopper must be in the tube when engine is running.

(the tube is just a place for deposits to end up and designed to be a closed at the end, if you run the engine without the tube sealed im not sure how its going to screw up the crankcase pressure)

 

and speedo doesnt has a LED light.. some light bulb inside that's its just a back light for the speedo. flicker maybe loose connection? unfortunately i cant comment further because the last time i tried to remove the bulb i didnt take apart the thing further.

Good morning guys. The morning rain and a jammed brake Audi caused me to Skid. Everything is okay except my handle bar is not even. By th look of it, the metal bar just below the handle bar clipper caused the unevenness. ( not th folk of handle bar ).

I planned to take mc tomorrow cos I hurt my left knee and palm. I planned to go ubi workshop planet isit If I'm not wrong to see if they could just hammer the metal bar in place.

Idk if it's th right thing to do, any advice from th processionals

Mechanic said my my bar bend not my bar clipper, thinking of placing it with a wide bar that IS NOT TOO WIDE. Any suggestion people? The bar size, brand, and buy at where.

can, but no point using such good plug on phantom as difference is negligible

Guys, anyone of you did valve clearance on ur bike before? If yes, any shop to recommend for the repair or adjustment? Lastly, what price should I be looking at? thanks!

removing the logo can diy...just some heavy duty double sided tape. Spray some goo off into the gap, wait and remove.

 

Spray paint need to find the shops that do it directly. Ah koon or Auntie shop may just send your bike to another shop to spray if what you have in mind is too extensive.

Anyone have this problem, the slight feeling of deceleration when your bike is running out of petrol, but the problem is i refueled, it's happening for about 2 days already. Freaked me out on the highway thinking it's gonna die.

Bullet headlight passed this year.

 

But I have been going to the same VICOM center for years and the bike already had the bullet headlight waaaay before some smart alec thought of using camera to check for modifications.
