i also prefer esso 98.

 

tried shell 98, caltex 98 but esso still the best for me.

SPC, Esso, Caltex 98 or 95 are all the same to me, its not like I'm running race engines with high compression, even if I did 95 and 98 isn't gonna make a big difference.

 

I believe its mostly a placebo effect...or they are just using additives that has no real effect.

Normally i will just follow the minimum RON requirement as per my bike specs. Not much difference. But price different...lol

i not sure others but when i use esso 8000 my bike vibrate, so i tried caltex 95, my engine feel much better without much vibrate and more power. btw im riding X1R. SO as Jehuty said, we are not riding racing engine so i think is true we dun need that good fuel to run our engine. unless u riding ducati or bmw s1000rr than maybe u can feel the different
