Hi guys, I'm enquiring for my fren who is Malaysian...

How much does a rectifier for a Kawa Vulcan 1500 cost?

The shop which he sent at Malaysia quoted him $600+ juz for the rectifier...

Sorry for the late reply.

It should be a lot cheaper in Singapore and you can find out the cost thru the local Kawasaki agent, Evershine Auto. 176, Sin Ming Drive, #01-21/22, Tel: 64535009, 64531237.

Good luck.

Hi

Anyone know where to go for Honda Steed exreme make-over.

How extreme would that be? Perhaps you can PM X-iled? He might be able to assist you with your query.

Either you re-fabricate or purchase a used front fender from some junkyard/owner. Probably you have to take into consideration of the fender width to fit within the given width between your fork. You may have to change your fork and this will definitely change the geometry and the handling of your motorcycle.

You can try. If you want to view, you can check out the Aunt shop along Kelantan lane, a few shops space away from LAB.

okie.. let me be more specific.. i m riding a shadow..

i have 2-side boxes.. over the time, they r beggining to sag down.. i have thought of customizing a metal bar that will link the two boxes n thus holding them apart..

another thing is, i wanna customize the metal plate for my IU unit... it is sticking out like one antenna now... haha

will change to floorboard affect my handling as now using peg for my shadow?

no handling issue, its just th legth of th foot-rest mainly.

check your gear shifter clearence between floor board & shifter peg befor installation..

just incase your feet (with th thickest shoe you wear, eg boots) cannot go between th floorboard & shifter peg to change up gear.

oic, think better to attach a footpeg on to the mainframe to rest my foot as got long legs:P

hahahah

haha. you can consider highway footpeg if you've long legs to stretch.

nontheless, do post some pictures to share whn you've gotten it done up. cheers. =D
