before i accident, spocket rear 43 change to 41 like no much diff,

 

43 like drag halfway like stuck stuck

41 like smooth but like no power.

top end power mean u must use lesser teeth on ur back spocket.

for e.g if ur stock one is 39, u must use lower than that maybe 36.

but, ur pick up will suffer but top end will be gd

yup...15-36 can't pick up at all...but its smooth travelling at around 100. thats my top speed...so is there anyway to increase the top speed? pick up not very important for me...what do u guys think of 14-36? or would 14-32 be better? which one gives better mileage? anyway is the price LAB quoted me cheap?

dont know if this has been posted yet but if it hasnt, here's something from the yamahat135 forum :

 

 

To all of you who wants to know what sprocket combinations to use for your T135, I have done a little research and after constant modifying and spending and taking hell from my wife, I have found these combinations:

 

 

Sprocket combinations for faster accelaration (top speed will suffer):

 

1) 13 - 36 = 2.76 Fastest accelation combination

2) 14 - 36 = 2.57 Acceleration is still fast but with an added speed

3) 15 - 36 = 2.40 Fastest possible combination for fast accelaration

 

 

Average accelaration and top speed:

 

1) 13 - 35 = 2.69 Good accelaration, acceptable top speed

2) 14 - 35 = 2.50 Equal accelaration and top speed

3) 15 - 35 = 2.33 Better top speed

 

 

Top speed combination (Accelaration will suffer):

 

1) 13 - 34 = 2.61 Fast

2) 14 - 34 = 2.42 Faster

3) 15 - 34 = 2.26 Fastest

 

Front Sprocket/Rear sprocket = The smaller value the faster speed and vise versa.

 

So you can reduce from the stock rear 39T to a smaller sprocket in order to reach your desired top speeds, but remember, these combinations will affect alot of quick acceleration, good luck!

hi may i know how frequent shld i change my chain and sprocket?

 

current mileage for chain is ard 16000. Been using it for 9 mths.

Furthermore recently when i slow down the chain will produce a "knocking" sound.

spocket still can last u 10k if u r using 428 size : )

 

chain use RK-M frm malaysia one will do or triple SSS can be both heavy duty type, can be bought at SG

 

or u can buy D.I.D heavy Duty Gold Chain
