The RS Taichi Drymaster raincoat is damn good. Excellent waterproofing & breathable.

Worth every penny of the $125 price.

200 is over price la, if its the 1 we talking about, rs taichi dry master.

I am thinking of RS-Taichi also, what's the difference between Rainbuster and Drymaster??????

 

hope it wont have any taichi

 

its just that dry master is of a better quality than rainbuster...

 

i thought rain buster already OOP?

nw is only dry master?

my POV:

 

Pro:

Good water proofing

Light

Quality Materials used

Seamless joints(Heat Pressed)

 

Con:

Doesnt last long

Cutting(Size) mis-fit

Expensive product, thats, made in china...

 

Literally, still boils down what the riders wants.

If price is no concern, hey, by all means.

 

I personally prefer the pariah Arai/OGK rain coat & pants.

thou thick, heavy & may leave a stench after a sweat thru the wet, it still pretty does its job to keep me dry.. sans the pants as its a common problem that it'll tear after wear...

 

$6/70 vs $100+/-

 

budget constraint ah.... :(

 

oh... i dont wear jackets in local roads... too hot...

 

somehow... my massively oversized dry master pants doesn't have any leaking points yet... maybe it is good that it is loose... :cheeky:

Hi all, just wanna check if anyone have ahcaibiker's contact (other den his mobile) or address or any other contacts that you can get him? It's been a few months already since we'd seen or heard from him in forum or FB. We'd even tried calling his mobile in several occasions with different numbers but were to no avail. Just wanna know if he's alright. Anyone?

as the climate changes, so does the sun rays.

recently, if its uber sunny day, my eyes will be squealing in pain.

have to hide them behind my sunglass, even when nt riding.

years back, having a tinted visor does help me when riding, bt nw, as im using clear visor, even with the helmet sun shade, i still need the sunglass on.

to soothe the view...

 

izzit jus me? goin blind soon?

my night vision also seem to hv deteriorated... :pity:

erm for me i have always been having problem with the sunshine..

my eye cannot tahan bright lights.. i will become mi mi yan when under sun, very sensitive

Ya, bright lights/sunrays will cause headaches for me that's why must always have sunnies on! And yes, recently the sun seems to be cutting thru the sunnies too! I dun think you're in the age-range (usually above 40) that your eyes are deteriorating and that's for 'lao hua yen'. Well to be on the save side, have your eyes checked yearly lor.

Hmmm. I think I mentioned to some of the guys during PK that I'm worried / concerned too. I chatted with scubasimon and he has no idea of his whereabouts too.

 

I tried tracing his SBF profile and saw that his last activity in SBF was on 26 July 2010.

 

Other than that.. I've got no clue :( Sigh..
