Ok. My bad. Seems like jr no update website. There are no fooking sales. Cheapest grotex pants after first discount is 430. Further discount if got size. Now must see other brands.

 

Rs taichi grotex 340

Arthur, for me, riding pants are expensive.. and not convenient after dismount from bike (to walk around and such)

 

so last trip, i got tatical pants, not waterproof (so not hot at all) but water resistance and even when it's wet it dries very fast. no armors but pretty strong material and stiching.

it does not give you full protection like riding pants but it's better than jeans, more comfortable for sitting posture too.

 

been wearing that same pants for 8 days straight on my last trip and everyday was riding in rain...

 

i just use additional knee guards for protection.

 

i got it from sheares marketing.. for 90+ S$

riding pants issue?

for me i just go trip with a waterproof riding pants..

when its moving.. its ok..

when its not moving.. its bearable coz my pants are not huggingly tight fit..

when its raining.. its ok..

 

and btw arthur. which rs taichi pants is $340?

i dun remember it being so ex.. the one lionel has simple riding pants gortex is approx 200 when he bought it.. personally i find its a good buy.. too bad dun have my size.

i jus bought a riding pants from chiap lee, a coocase brand, now i tink on sale @ 180

its good, went through rain with me on the 3NCR trip

it nvr fail me, but 1 ting i dunno whether same for other pants anot is that mine when rain,

u can feel that the pants like cool cool liddat.
