the distributor of yoshimura in SG is motoworld. if you are getting it from someone who shipped it in direct from japan and you still can get the pipe passed, let me know..

FYI, if motoworld don't wan to issue you with the certs for you to go inspection, OR enter your details into their database, you are still screwed for having an 'illegal' st legal exhaust pipe.

 

they have every right to NOT issue you with the certifcates and paperworks if you got your pipe not from local source.
