jus to check with ya guys..

have anyone of ya tried meddling with the C1/2/3/4 setting on ya own?

i went motoworld and meng tong helped me to set the Co setting with the impression that C1/2/3/4 refers to the cylinder 1/2/3/4 respectively. i think he is wrong after i saw tis from r6mn

http://www.cappojim.com/uploads/how_to/fuel_map/c_dia.jpg

so anyone got any idea which is the correct version?

so can anyone of ya help me find out ya default c/1/2/3/4 settings? i guess all 06 model shud have the same factory settings, rite?

that thing is not really useful and if u mess it up, u're in deep **** really. so i suggest you just get a PC3.

Not really. You can change them to cater to your ride. As long you record your OEM settings before you adjust anything, its not a worry. Applies for suspension tuning also.

1. This is a built in device which shares the same principle, but with very much less resolution for tuning as compared to a PC3.

2. It is also a lower cost alternative to PC3, especially so when you have not added significant after-market accessories (eg. full exhaust sys/vel stacks etc) that alters the bikes so much that the OEM ECU map does not cater to the changes.

Then again for those with available $$ can go for PC3 straight even on a stock bike.

Thank You.

but the pic shows the whole endcan is CF

NSR150SP -> Wave 125S ->CB400Spec II -> R607 -> DRZ400SM -> CB400Spec II -> Ducati Monster 400 -> Suzuki Swift/Gilera ST200 -> Colt Version R -> Jazz GD1 -> ???

this settings are not the same on every bike....in fact....in some of the r6 that arrived in singapore...even compression and rebound settings werent the no.s stated in the manual.

when i gutted my exhaust....another mech, set my C1 to 10, C2 to 10, C3 to 18 and C4 to 20.....stock no.s were in -3, 0, 3 and 5 in my bike.

but the no.s can go very very high....100++ if not wrong.

Don't just break your laptimes, SHATTER them!!

Akra header and silencer got 2 type.

Header - Race(steel) and Evolution(titanium)

some say no difference other than weight. others in other forums are arguing that titanium is thinner, so pipe internal diameter will be bigger(true, but good or bad i dunno)....and also that flow is better in titanium pipes under heat...i cant assure on this.

Silencer - Totally Carbon Fiber End Can(like JK) and Titanium end can with carbon tip(like mine)

Both weigh about the same. carbon looks nicer. but if u into track riding, i wouldnt suggest carbon silencer. in the event of crash, carbon very hard to repair. like mine and alvin(33), titanium end cans went thru hell and still workable.

both end cans are available in street legal and race spec.
