i was just quoted 20k everything, plus coe, road tax, GST, all e fees.

(frame & swingarm sliders & helmet) excluding insurance. im 22 too.

 

Expect another 1.3 to 1.5k for your insurance. Other than that, its a good buy. Just the insurance premium is a killer due to age category.

Looks a good deal leh. btw, BP bikes are from Yamaha agent Hong Leong or parallel import one?

 

They have agent bikes and PI models. HL bikes is 1k more. But for a peace of mind in case of a recall, I don't mind paying. Plus you get to service your bike at HL. PI bikes are not covered for any manufacturing problems or recall.

haha...agreed..but btw,how do we koe that we got tps problem??will it show on the meter when we are riding or wat??or we need to press some icon on the meter to see is tps occurs??i noob in r6...thanks...

ive ever encounter this prob on my r6 08, when i shift up to 2nd gear the engine stall it happen a few time then went back to the bike shop and dunno wad they did everything is ok now....

 

i juz wanna check to whom riding r6 08 do ur bike hv weird type of sound when in low speed???

BP bike are from HL. got mine in Jan(1st batch) @ $20.9k, age 22 this yr.

So far, no TPS or sudden stalling prob.:D

hi, have been riding a scrambler for the longest time ever n am thinking of getting a sportsbike as well. cheap thrill for me... my friend's friend is intending to sell his 05 r6 for about 8.5k. dont know nuts about sportsbike but was wondering if some kind soul can tell me if its a good steal? or is the 05 model even worth getting?

Bro the 05 bike is definately worth getting at the price.

 

If the rider is good, he can beat the R6 06 - 07 riders on PG circuit.

 

Like 5th Rider when he was still on his 02 R6 i think
