Profile of tyres really depends on where u plan to ride.

If big track like pg is better to go for the brigestone bt 39ss 90/80(bigger) As its a high speed track

Where else if kallang, i think a good 80/90 is enough. Even myself when i used to use 80/90 V Rubber (Circuit compound)

Another thing to consider is rim size, u cannot use a 90/80 tyre on a small size rim.

Smaller tyre 80/90 is lighter meaning more pickup but corner is not as good.

Bigger tyre 90/80 is heavy meaning make a under powered bike even slower.. but corner will be better.

In thailand i notice most of them (90%) all use 80/90

Same same  That's the beauty of a cub.. ahhahahahaMuahahahaWahahaahahaha Alot of ppl use same tyre size on a cub. Some other use nominally bigger rear.

Cheers

Front should be same. If u use 90/80 rear front should be same too. I tried 80/90 front 90/80 rear in pg, but front tyre not enough to turn. Front wheel will keep giving way. Too risky.

If u using 80/90 rear for kallang do use the same from front too.

I'm in thailand now, last night took photo of the race bikes. They using 70/90 front and 80/90 rear for race.. front look damn small man....too bad i no chance to ride it.. :giddy:

if i were to use 90/80 for front, would it be too big?

i mean i'm using stock rims with 80/90 front 90/80 rear, & e front tire is like onli less than 1cm away from my front fender.

if 90/80 for front, wouldn't e tire be 'rubbing' against e front fender?

if u using stock rims then not recommended to user 90/80. rim is undersize.

Yes in many cases the front tyre will rub the front fender, shop will need to mod the fender abit.

You email me and I help you upload lor..

Basically, you gotta resize it to a proper smaller sized (640 x 480 or prolly 800 x 600 pixels) jpg, go to an image hosting site (such as imageshack etc) and upload the jpgs. From there, take the link to the pictures, then post the link using the 'IMG' options.. A little complicated.. ha.
