i only like invisible guest n house of god, 2 me these two albums really got the melody + interesting lyrics. the rest r ok. just love the high pitched vocals :D

yeah...mid paced double bass drumz..killer melodic guitar riffs..high pitched vocals..some keyboards here n there...kindof makes ur hair at the back of ur neck stand...makes u wanna HEADBANG!!! :bounce:

death/black anybody??

 

well yupz me into death metal ( Theatre of Tragedy ) and black/heavy metal ( Therions )

 

these 2 bands has very very good players like therions they played mostly abt their religion ( of black magic and dragons, uh somekinda religion in the West side though ) and theatre of tragedy has very nice death metal singers and players and they mostly sang abt Old English lyrics

 

so i recommend both hehe :cheer:

Hey! I'm into all kind of metal ...from death to thrash to metalcore to grindcore to melodic/technical death and all other hybrids of metal musick ..except power metal ...i cant stand the high-pitch-like kena kick in the ball-kind of vocals :cheeky:

 

No satan worhipping stuff for me tho i do listen to immortal,mayhem (the gig in Spore was good sh*t but was expecting more),impaled nazarene,moonfog etc

 

And i realize that im 3 yrs late in replying to this thread ..Damn!

 

Anyway,if u bunch of metal freaks are still in here ... gimme a reply,wanna know more metalheads who rides. :cheer:

well i like metal as well...general rock - metal :D

 

"virgin" band i listened to IRON MAIDEN late 80's while im in primary6

album: no prayer for the dying....bruce dickinson is out of this world!

 

the rest is history..the usual "mainstream" influences as you grow up..GNR..metallica...grundge as well...etc....

 

but im mainly into thrash presently.... ol skool still rules the godfathers of thrash SLAYER \m/ still listening to reign in blood till today..timeless classic.

by the way anyone went for the concert? freaking badass!

 

also into moshcore...HATEBREEDS the shitz!

i really love the new type of metal emerging now..

 

trivium.. definitely the next generation of "metallica"!

 

bullet for my valentine.. abit emo.. but iron maiden love them..

 

dragonforce.. really kick ass.. herman li and sam totman..one of the best duo..

 

killswitch engage.. in my opinion.. the only band that can rival trivium..

 

firewind.. power metal revived~!

Not black metal dude, they are death metal bands. classic death metal bands xcept for Arch enemy and fear factory lah.

 

 

killswitch rivaling trivium? erm..ok,both are good bands uh but their kind of metal are kinda diff from each other. check out the band Silent Civilian ..now these guys can rival trivium. if u enjoy trivium, u'll enjoy Silent civilian.
