Reason of selling (Grandmother story): My baby bike is used for my everyday commute, didnt broken down on me. Though the mileage can be a turn off, but its definitely a good bike. Don't be shock by transfer counts, i got a shock when i purchased the bike and thought this bike is gonna be a gone case, but surprisingly my technician guy told me the engine sounded good, unlike many have to go through overhaul. But afterall its just up to a mutual trust, I got this baby when its black from a member here 2 yrs back... love this bike but want to move up to 2A but got into an accident during my learning of 2A few days back.

 

Manage to neg with my mom to allow me to convert to scooter just to appease her. If you guys find the price is ridiculous nevermind, I will just have to sell it to my technician shop(Motorsport Ubi), they have offered me 1.3k to 1.4k so far, but i thought it would be so much better for me to see through the bike transfer myself hopefully to a good seller. (Not crapping)

 

Anyone feel comfortable to offer 1.5k feel free to contact me.

Things I had done last week

- Changed rear brake pad

- Changed engine oil

- Changed spark plug

- Changed engine nut ( the one for draining engine oil)

 

Things I had done last 3 months

- Changed battery, rectifier

- Changed engine gasket

- Changed chain roller ( i dunno what is this called, it's a rubber wheel for the chain)

 

Things I had done last 6 months

- Added Kappa E21 side box

- Changed spocket and chain

- Changed speedo cable

- Changed front brake pad

- Basically engine was leaking oil, so I think i did a top overhaul and change gasket and whatever it was to be changed inside costing me 350. I was a noob at that time,thus I am not too sure what they change. But the engine is as good as new one.. no problem of engine oil leaking what so ever.

 

Paintwork : 7/10

Engine : 8/10

Storage :10/10 1 huge rear box with 2 kappa side box..

ERP unit : Working fine

Road tax: Till April 2009

COE: Till 2011, I gotta check on the month

Had never drop the bike what so ever, just the basic rust here and there. Had been faithfully servicing the bike at planet for pass 7 months ( I had only own it for 9 months). Able to hit up to 110km/hr as per my speedo, and can go a further just tat I dun wan to risk my licence.

 

Great bike for transport. Will throw in 1 new rain coat Progrip, 1 old rain coat which is a bit oversize for me.

Vandalism scratches on Tank but used touch up paint to coverup (new tank paintjob 100+ quoted at Ubi)

Clutch needs work (quoted about 100+ by koon) (Sometimes cant shift down from 3rd gear)

Rear metzeler tyre 80% left, front new IRC tyre 90% left.

PRICE was 1980 but revised to 1680 due to the scratches and needed clutch repair. Koon quoted me max was 100++ but it may fall below that price if its a small fault like clutch spring etc. I cant send it down for repairs this month as I'm extremely on a tight wallet. If you are interested in this bike and wish to buy it from me asap, its at 1680. The price may be different once i repair the clutch.

 

 

 

1680 for a TA200 with Givi sidebox and widebars and big windscreen. This bike is touring and transport ready.
