Sad. I went deck 4 and did not manage to see any GSR. Went around the estate and even went up to the rooftop.

:(

I also like to know the steps to access the front sprocket area, cos thought of degreasing that area also.

Thought of using kerosene and soft brush, then do a thorough coating again. Pls help...thanks!

How much cheaper can it get?

im not really in a rush to get....

saw an online store (HERE) that sells it for 2.66 Euro for 2 pieces...

Price is ok but the hassle of getting it...

if can get locally at slightly higher price, i don't mind.

after u disconnect signal light, u need to unscrew the 2 plastic screws on the keyhole

follow by the ones inside

then u can lift up the tank i believe.

that's how i see the mechanic does it....

10th September cannot. Eve of my birthday. I wanna PARTAY:cheer: instead of getting my hands greasy.

17 Sept i working afternoon shift

24 Sept also i working afternoon.

Earliest bet for a free saturday for me will be 1st October 2011. Dun let my schedule hold u back though, just carry on DIY without me if i'm not free.

lets say after opening the tank is the fuel line easy to locate?

When u prop up the fuel tank with the tank fuel holder, u can see one thick black rubber hose.

Assuming you have the full service manual PDF with you, its page 246 (5-3) part no. 4

Perhaps brother bone step is incomplete. But his steps are a prerequisite for u to be able to lift the tank.

YES U HAVE TO DISCONNECT THE SIGNAL LIGHTS. or u can leave them dangling by the wires if u want to.

And no, JUST PAGE 297 WILL NOT DO.

Peace bros!

Selamat Hari Raya all!

Looking for help - I am considering buying a GSR400 (first 2A bike) and wondering if some of the experienced riders can advise on the spare parts availability. Given that the 400 is not imported in Singapore anymore (atleast thats what I heard), can the spare parts still be found when needed?

Looking for advice on this last concern. If all okay, hoping to get my GSR this week :)

Thanks in advance for your advice!
