It's the right side fairing below the seat, covering the fuses and the brake fluid of the rear brake inside..

I'll be meeting CrossOver later and see if he is able to do the fabrication without the need for a model. Let's keep our fingers crossed eh?

 

Yeah... If he do need the bike dervin is still available to borrow his bike to fabricate.. He's waiting to be contacted..

Thanks for the proper format! Gotta love the "C chicks" part.

 

CrossOver (Fauzi) is able to start work next week! Though, some points to take note.

- He will be contacting me on Monday and Dervin should be on standby.

- There will be scruff marks and dust due to the creation of the mould process but Fauzi will clear it up.

- The fairing created will not be exactly as the one shown, well, not to exact measurement and proportions but he will try his best to do it.

- I've suggested an air flow duct into the radiator.

- Price will be estimated after he determine the amount of fibre needed.

- There will be 3 mounting points. 2 from the radiator side cover and 1 from the end of the belly pan.

- Paintwork will be additional cost (though TBA)

- Using Nippon or Dulux color and 2k clear coat. Carbon fibre is available too.

- 10 pieces will be created and on first come, first serve basis. Though if initial order is higher, he will create more.

- Be patient in waiting for the fairing!

- Anything else, you guys wanna customise?

If not wrong, NCD can be used only on one bike. The newer bike, in this case the GSR, will not get the 15%NCD. I maybe wrong. Do correct me if I am wrong. Anyway, no harm calling NTUC to verify.

 

went to the branch to get my insurance done.

indeed NCD can only be used on one bike..

as for my GSR NCD have to start from 0%.

but if i terminate my insurance for other bike, i can transfer my NCD to my 0% NCD insurance.

 

anyway, anybody can tell me where to get slim IU protective cover?

i want to protect it from rain.. water sips in, i don't know how though.

To me no point to protect, it will only benefit gahmen hahah. I only use stickers to ensure that people cannot see my cash card if I forgot to take them. As for it water sips in, and still warranty, go change at any IU unit service centers.
