Dear GSR bros

 

I am new here. Interested in getting a GSR400. Am drawn by its beauty. I am wondering if it is still possible to get a brand new Bike now. If yes, what would be an indicative price? Need to do some budgeting on my end.

 

Any advice?

Best for you to ask shops like Loois Motorsport. Since it is parallel import, you will never be able to get it from agent. Last indicative price that I received for a GSR400 for 2009 model with ABS will set you back about 19k (that was about 2 years ago).

 

Lots of changes were made to the engine from GSR400 2006-2008 model to 2009 model...adding 8bhp to it.

i got it done from rabbit, a fellow forumer here in the CMO section doing LED works

he ordered the belly pan for me and mount it for me, you can contact him for a quote!

Hey all! Its been less than a week since I got my GSR600, rode quite alot already on it, and one word to describe it: FANTASTIC!! Anyway, just want to check, when I am cruising on highway, the wind resistance is sometimes quite strong. Do most of you have wind-shields installed? Where and how much can I get one, and will it be useful? Thanks all!!

Hey guys, got my Gsr recently again,, used to ride GSR 400 06, but downgrade to spark.. But im back to GSR due to the beauty of monster bike.. just to clarify things, the rear shock absorber, whats the best number to set it at? stiffer or softer better? What is your standard setting? one more issue, when i came across a shallow hole or i make a sudden break, my front fork wil actually hit the upper part and make a hard banging sound.. which is better, adjust the absorber to be hard or soft??

I installed one on my bike. Ermax. There are offerings by GIVI, Ermax, PowerBronze and MRA.

I got an ermax windshield with a self made acrylic bracket which extends it about 2 inches higher.

 

Looking for a taller Givi or power bronze touring shield. Also looking for the crash bars. Anyone has these for sale?
