the manual is in jap because the bike is a parallel import. some of us have the manual in english. just ask any of those going to the meetup this friday and see if they can burn it for u

hey guys...//need to know what brand of engine oil to use... i have check page 281... plus a few others.. talking about of maxima and ultra...

 

this mean...must go bike shop to have that type... would visit a shop tomorrow..

 

my fren got me a 4T SAE10w50 fully synthetic oil... i wanted to pour it in..but got only 1 bottle...1L....but need 3.2L rite...

 

a fren said... buy cheaper oil so that we can change or do we prefer to stick to 1 for 1000km

 

pls advise...

Saw one black GSR got into an accident with a gold nissan sunny in front of dover MRT towards buona vista direction at about 830 today, Was it any one of our guys? Didn't manage to stop to help cos traffic was building up and I couldn't cut from the extreme right lane to the bus stop safely. Think it was a FBB plated GSR. Saw the rider sitting at the bus stop kerb so I guess the rider was not too badly hurt.

 

The roads now quite wet and slippery... ride safe

for running in, use mineral oil only. its rough i know but synthetic oil is not recommanded to use. b it hard or soft run in. just stick to mineral oil for a short period of time, then after about 2 to 3 oil change then change to semi or fully. anyway, u'll b changing oil very often during the initial stage of running in.

top speed for me on GSR (in Malaysia NSH) 199... not much further u can go.. also depend on the conditions of the bike...
