we really should plan a trip down for a cofy/teh session (but wait till i get my scoots!!)....

ahhahaha....nah...it is not in restoration for a decade....

i got the bike in 97...rode about 4 to 5yrs b4 i move on to bigger bikes...cant bear to leave my beloved scoots...so pass it to my friend till recently i took it back and got it restored again....

that's why i say, even if you move on to bigger bikes or cars, keep your scoots!!!

They are the sweetest things on a 2 wheeler!!! all the fond memories too!!!

 

as for the colour...hmmm....probably white and red....something loud....

cos previously i always got it painted pearl colour but now that the cost of spraying it pearl has gone way up....i gonna do it double tone....cheaper too!!!

A good list i would say....we could slowly explore these places on our scoots...and if we are comfortable with one place then we can hang out there....

So when you think yours can be done? we can still fix a date for a meetup, and you can ride your blackbird down. Just try to keep it under gear 3 with us

Hi All,

 

Just registered myself in this forum, and am riding a vespa.

Many things to learn about this scoot as I m riding it only abt 1 yr. Hope those old birdies can give some pointers too.

 

Have send it to AJ as well, and have been there for 2 weeks now for respray and touch up after skidded in raining days. Can't wait to see how the new look too.

Hope you're alright from that skid, bike's secondary... all the dec rainy season, why can't it be snow instead? haha though it will be more dangerous...

 

wow, ur scoot also at AJ for respray... which means you are one of the many vespas there hindering my scoot's progress!! haha, just kidding

I knew for a fact that water-smoking is also available at Little Bali... the meetup for the newbie scoot gathering next Fri~ Just tat its probably not cheap!

hmmm....really dont know when i will get it....hopefully b4 christmas....

its white and green, i never knew there's so many different shades/mix of green till i really wanted to spray it and a wrong one will be disasterous.. haha

 

you can try deep metallic colours if you wan to be loud, should be able to stand out quite well

the nose? yep, that can be changed, actually you can change almost anything except the engine ('cause of LTA ruling).
