i used to have this pinasco exhaust. and i tell you it is darn sweet thing.. ya high end improves tremedously and the whining noise in the CTE is just orgasmic. haha.

bt i sold it to a fren after being stop by ROV when on the way to sch. gotta talk ,y way out for 20 mins before given a chance. aftermarket exhaust is just a bliss.

oooh... have figured out where the docs are...

 

Click on the Disk (floppy disk) icon below the pictures on the SIP site... the test cert is there... but not the Epass certificate... may need to ask SIP to supply that as LTA need both a Test Report, and a E Pass cetificate.

yup!! the after market exhaust is indeed sweet!!! or truely orgasmic!!!

I used to own a proma exhaust....but that was when the fine for non-street legal is S$50 only...after the increase...the exhaust has been sitting at the store ever since the increase in fine for these exhaust....haiz!! the after market exhaust really enhances what you have done internally to it's max!!! definitely higher performance....

 

In the past LTA is always telling us a definite NO NO for these stuff but they have since open up these few years....

 

so for now, if we were to get these exhaust....it is better to get it done legally....get the documents ready and be at ease when stop by TP or ROV...

 

Sharpey, will look in SIP for the docs....how's your search coming along?

I think you'll just need to bug SIP about the Epass cert.... That doesn't seem to available on the website (it is for the one Un-Sith has though).....

 

 

I search for an exhaust no longer... I know I want a Scorpion pipe! Now I search for cash. Expect a long wait!

N how long u waited 4 ur bike 2 b ready?

Cos ive been waiting 4 close to 3 weeks sia.

e ones at tong aik cant fit on my px150 exclusive 2 vespa.

Your PX150 is a Vespa :smile: Don't feel inferior!

 

Painting always takes ages.... But relax... If you do it yourself it takes even longer... I'm at 4 months now....

 

For other racks... try the shop in Waterloo Center... and also Ban Hoe Leong in Jln Besar Plaza

Hey guys, i got a question to ask. Anyone noes how much does it cost to change the rubber ring tt is protecting the connection between ur suspension and the body near the rear wheel? cos mines worn out and i feel like i haf no rear suspension on bumpy roads. And by the way wht tyres can be fitted to an excel? as in the width size brand and everything? Anyone willing to help me out?

You're talking about the "shock to frame mounting" right?

 

If you're riding a PX, you might wan to try http://www.claussstudios.com (they have a mounting that is much better designed for about $30US)

 

The stock one should be cheap.... It's also crappy though :smile:

The excel's body is essentially the same as that of the px (if I'm not wrong...) I would say that the part would fit... Double check with Clauss, I'm sure he'll be definitive.

Bro which workshop u did yr paintwork and how much u paid including e paint and stripping off e old paint. Lastly how long u waited for e paint job and hows e quality. Thanx .

did it at AJ, for paint itself was 400... took me 1 mth though, 'cause of the rain...or so they claimed...

 

quality, still satisfied with it, unless u really go down and scrutinise every part, but its typical of shops...unless u diy =)
