Its advisable to polish it rather than chrome it. Like I've done to some parts of my bike. Polished by hand. Will Upload pics soon.

Here are the pics as promised.

My bike as a whole. Take note of the engine block, carb, front fork.

Front fork lower legs and radiator side panels.

Another view of the front fork and the original radiator grill I've sprayed silver. Headers I've sanded down and sprayed black as well.

hey... gd job man.... U take out the header and re-spray huh?

nicely done...

Yupz... Took out the headers without removing the radiators. Initial removing of the black paint and getting the parts to smooth out is quite tough. After that the shining part is quite simple actually.

Once done, maintaining it is quite easy. Not very often need to polish.

went to kallang basin area to hunt for chromming svc...there are 2 types of certain chromming..one is simple chrome which wont last long or last heat too which is more cheaper.I asked 2 shops...HARD CHROME wifstand high heat cost EST $250-$280 per header and need est.1week time(2nd shop i asked)THe first shop quoted me UNREASONABLE HIGH price at $350 still told me best price...TIEW....But i got the name card for the 2nd shop and maybe will meetup with him to discuss the actual pricing if we doing in bulk must give us BEST of BEST price...Best go in a group..get group price..sure u all will benifits.....love to see u all in chrome parts.TO TAKE NOTE--- do make sure u know that after chromming some parts screw might be bigger so must do a matching chrome if i wasnt wrong...FOR FORK..best send for polish(Pa sua)Pillion triangle part send for Polish or chrome.Handle switch for both side...chrome it together with the lever.Swing arm is also a good choice.Block head too.CHEERSSSSSSSSSSS..

LASTLY DO TAKE NOTE...i do not earn any single cent from here and i too bo liao den go hunt around where my mech told me to go and look for it.
