using a S4 for despatch, mileage will clock fast n needs to service more frequent, not forgetting more petrol consuming.

Yeah. Using Super 4 for despatch is a big no no. Unless the company is compensating you for your fuel expenses (highly unlikely), then go ahead. You may clock up to 150km a day doing multiple deliveries for peanuts.

I've done despatch for two companies on my previous Phantom and that was xiong enough. In the end, minus off everything, you earn $20 for working 8 hours, also risking your life and limb in the process.

For the certainty of death and the knowledge of life's fragility, makes it worth living.

wah! hw come so little?? like that might as well work as mac delivery rider. At least 8 hrs can earn you $40.

we also have to think of the wear and tear process which tends to be quicker for daily delivery usage.. brake pads, disc, petrol, tyres, chain life.. and what not.. if the wear and tear could be converted to dollars.. i think its really not worth it to do delivery with S4.. no matter how much u earn initially, it'll all be taken away to compensate with more frequent servicing and replacing worn parts..

like wad they said earlier.. a stock wave, or 2B fuel-savers such as YBR or Pulsar would justify earnings rather than on 2A bikes.. just my two cents..

i've ever seen a RVF doing Mac Delivery and it sort of intrigues me till this day.. kekekeke.. :cheeky:

Im using my S4 for despatch all over the singapore, my despatch kaki mostly all using also and sometime one day one full tank. If yr free can alway can see a R1 with a box despatching the mail around shenton way. Mostly despatch rider's know if running all over singapore area, using a small bike is very slow and tired.

I am wondering for despatch, if you on and off ur bike every like 10-15 minutes in despatch intervals, wun the batt die off fast since there is not much charge between the rides?

Yep..batt will die faster,as we know, the component that drains most of the batt power is the starter motor. I'm working with a pizza company for almost a year and the bikes there will have batt problem after a few months due to the rapid start stop riding..
