engine dies off while riding. need help.

im riding a KR my engine always dies off like as there is no more oil while riding and it takes a while to kick start it. I always need to pull the choke in order to start the bike when ever i park if not it wouldnt start. . wat seems to be the prob can anyone help me ? thanks.
