Haha... But the feeling of rxz to S4 is really a big change for me because I was not riding for the past year till recently.

BTW the steering problem has been solved. Tire pressure was low. I had my pads and battery changed after reading about the needle swiping twice. Now it swipes only once.

After changing battery I think the mech forgot to connect my IU wire to the new battery. Any S4 technical pros living around the west side who could help me with this as I need a working IU to enter my carpark. I will come untill below your block...

I'm really afraid to meddle with the wires below the tank. :(

Thanks for the help bro, but I have just tried doing that. Opened the seat and unscrewed the battery holder and tried finding the the IU unit wire but cannot find. I tried to trace back the wire from the IU but its going by the main 'tube' where all the cables from the speedo. Hiaz... I think have to go back to bike shop and ask them to do it for me. Damn sian!

i see! so for example, like yours is there anything that can be done?

That depends...

For example GPR Carbon Fibre cans, they are raw finished. I have seen burst open GPR CF cans. No clear overcoat on the CF sleeves. If you check out CF cans by Scorpion and BlueFlame, they have clear overcoat protection on the sleeves.

Guys just to check with u all. If my revo is stock condition, is it needed to go for tuning once awhile to maintain calibration?

IIRC Unique motors have that service. Race werks too. Hope that helps.

Guys, I'm looking for radiator guard for revo. Any one knows where can get. I'm aware of the service of custom paint job by one of the riders here but just a plain good one will do. Not looking to paint it anyway... Thanks... :thumb:

Can be done at any shop... Same as the carb balancing. Just go to your prefered and trusted mechanic.

Hi,cn anyone advise me on full servicing a revo?plug, engine oil, coolant n filter is common servicing,I mean the fuel injection..hw do they service n do the setting?if carburetor, they just dismantle it n wash with petrol rite,hw abt fuel injection?thanks all, wanna Noe b4 changing my vtec 3 to revo..n is revo f.c better than vtec3?thanks all...

Hi Bro,

I don't think tht yr revo need service the fuel injection system within 5yrs, unless the following;

1) Accidently pump the diesel.

2) Dirty petrol in yr tank which might be source frm very old petrol station.

3) Bike storage for long period without frequently ignition until tank empty & fuel system dry off.

4) Lack throttle respond after air filter & plug replacement.

5) Incorrect bottle container use for carrier petrol. (Only PP material blt suitable for petrol storage).

But u still may proceed fuel injector servicing bcoz which is much simple & very safe than caburator servicing. Just be concern abt the mechanic handling skills to ensuring no dirts & debris pollute the fuel pump & injector during servicing, end out will be worse than b4 service.

Mechanic handling skillis & knowledge the 1st priority to concern for major & precise parts servicing.

If u detected the hand oily & dirtied mechanic hold the bike area other than lubricated parts, I strongly advise tht either u appoint gd mechanic or chg work shop for servicing.

For my Revo, I pump Shell V Power at least once a mth as fuel system cleaning.

Just share with u tht all my prevs Spec 3, TA200 & cubs also pump Shell V Power at least once a mth, then when service caburator the mechanic informed tht actually all very clean & servicing not necessary.

Good write up. Yes, for me I'll pump Caltex when I need to top up my petrol in SG. Other than that, my petrol comes from Malaysia. 3 months once, I'll pour into a full tank a bottle of LiquiMoly Valve Cleaner. It helps to maintain fuel system this way...
