Nice thread SparkerS1. Thanks for the effort being put in. Haha. Btw. I rmb reading someone asked u about dynojet run in. How much did it cost... I rmb u said 100+ right?

The 100+ is inclusive of EO n PETROL? Maybe u could addon the price for this n for other mods that u put on the bike so ppl can see what is within budget n what's not

hard run-in on dyno for the price is included EO & filter as u needa change these.

Price wse is not accurate as currency inflation, things getting more pricey.

 

Accessories pricing can be found in CMO & advertisers thread, so check it out to get the latest prices.

hey guys, i got a question. how to know when u need to bleed your brake hose?

 

Bleeding the hose is done to eliminate air bubbles in the brake fluid along the hose.

This is typically done when brake fluid is changed. Provided your brake reservoir is filled to the correct level with brake fluid, it's quite rare for air bubbles to get into the hose other than when changing fluid. One possibility is when the bike falls on it's side.

 

If there is air bubble in the hose, the bubble will be compressed when you squeeze or press down on the brake lever. When this happens, the pistons in the brake caliper won't move as much as it should.

 

Typical signs of air in hose: Brake feels "spongy" or soft. Decreased brake performance.

his high rev at neutral is onli 10rpm?

bike is stock just with end can. any feed back?

r15 already can hit 140kmh

no way a 400cc can only hit 150kmph..

Well I did see 2 revo's using them. Looks awesome and sounds better than the older gen pipes.

Stock is 15, so best size is 15. If you want to play with gear ratio, it's best to change the rear. This is because the front is directly connected to the crankshaft, so adjusting it's size will have a more direct effect on engine internals.

Hi guyz, im thinking of downgrading my cbr1100xx and gettin a new revo, but now on the road seems quite pricey due to COE. Just saw a 1yr old revo FBE plate at one of the shop, rarely saw 2nd hand revos... Would it be a good catch? Ive had s4 spec 1 before, carb bikes easy to detect any probs but i dont know about the s4 FI. My current bike also FI but, should be the same i suppose...

 

2nd hand bikes is always a 50/50 thing.... Revo so far any major issues?
