noticed front tyre vibrate little bit

then mechanic did something like adjusting the air pressure and saw some uneven tire wall

he did some touching and then all OK

rotor assy generator cleaned (magnet electric coil)

rotor assy wiring re-tape

always check for oil leak at gasket areas

 

i found one leak oil at tensioner

 

changed gasket tensioner RM 2

bought feeler thickness gauge online from lazada

RM19.80

good for accurate valve clearance

 

two different designs

found that exhaust giving ding ding sound

it was the centre rubber nut worn

fixed another rubber and retighten nut

bought Yamaha logo

my favorite wax paste and vinyl polish

always suggest to use L shape valve nut for tubeless tire

 

will be friendly when pump air at petrol kiosk

shell R4 oil

hub c/damper RM12 yamaha genuine RUBBER 4 PCS

brake shoe lining RM16 use lining with long thick spring

rear hub panel RM20 3rd party brand

 

rear wheel spinning like heavy

after checking found out the rear hub panel worn out and holes loose

this makes the brake lining slanted

 

so after 12 years changed the rear hub panel but used 3rd party brand only

example it is "T" label

means top position

 

do not fix reverse order

 

make sure change rubber if petrol leaking or bike coughing
