I mean we just collect interests from bros who want to change, approach a good shop and bargain like crazy.

The constraint is probably all will be on the same tyres.

Is the dunlop good for wet grip? I'm not too familiar with bike tyres and tyre shops. Maybe can you propose model, specs, shop, services needed and target price?

i tink the prices are more or less the same for the tyres, only how much they charge for installation.. frm experience, the tt900/tt901 tyres are quite good in wet weather.. looks good also.. good grip..

battlax confirm better ah but the price also is higher...

i try ask hkl how much to order thru them, and if got 5 ppl can get discount or not..

Our front tire size is 70/90-16 and rear is 80/90-16.

Dunlop TT900 Japan, Bridgestone G557 & BT39 only got 80/90-16 (Front Wheel Use Only). I'm using the TT900 Japan for my rear. Dun wish to use this for my front. cos bike already no power, dun wish to make it slower.

Currently my front tires still stick to stock. So far so good.

Pirelli got a model Mandrake MT15. They have the correct tires for our front and rear, other than IRC Thailand. I've spoke to the local distributor for Pirelli to find out the price for me. So if i can get more orders, prices will definitely be much better.

Dunlop & Bridgestone dun make our front tire size 70/90-16

Want to do a mass order for battleaxe? Prefer one with good wet weather grip.

Bridgestone Battalax G557 & BT39 only got 80/90-16. this is our rear tire size. but this tire is for front wheel use only. G557 is abt $50 and BT39 is much more ex.

surprisingly, the fino thread is in the SBF Scooter Section. but little people talking there.

btw, fino is cheap. like abt $4k nia... but tires only 14". not big enough for safety and power wise is quite slow cos only 115cc.

think u should stick to your spark la. even the Nouvo elegance 135 is so much slower. haha.......

I also looked at Fino before I got the Elegance. Chosed Elegance in the end due to better power, water-cooled and can mount a box. If Fino, it will be more for style but the looks will be gone if mounted with a box and a little to girly for a guy.

i agree, fino is too girly for me..

So how? Have u check with HKL on the tires? i've actually done my homework on most brands of tires le. Waiting for your reply.

bro, i may be interested in getting the the 16inch battlax. but i'm still contemplating whether to stick to 16s or convert to 17s. love the ride but its handling is a bit too nimbly for my liking.

the bridgestone battlax only got our rear size 80/90-16. but its stated For Front Wheel Use Only. they dun have our front size 70/90-16.

but i've talk to Pirelli Distributor. might be able to 1 pair for abt $140. best part is that they have the correct size for our front & rear. and no such thing as using front tire for rear.

I will like to include tyre balancing as part of the tyre change.

Bros, can you try this:

1. Travel at about 50 kmh. No passenger. Level, not much traffic road.

2. Let go the handlebar but be ready to catch it back anytime.

3. Does the handlebar starts to wobble?

I think my front wheel is not balanced after changing the brake disc.
