Hi xzied, u buy from shop? is there anymore? Mine only F4... no EFi, no D.meter..

feel like modifying my bike... esp the supension.. too soft at front.. lack of compression damping.. the rear asborber is not working properly too. need to service... all this make my cornering S**k.. always lose to my friends R6..

Btw, welcome & its a good choice.

Hi Rockford,

I used both D208 and Bt014 before. I would say for street use at early stage both performance are almost same, BT 014 perform slightly better than D208 in wet condition. BT 014 performance seems like more consistant thru it's life span.

As at track D208 give me more confident for first few session (at least 6 session), but at the end stage the performance drop tremendously. No doubt BT014 not giving as much confident as D208, but it's performance is consistant, I mean from new to 65~75 % of the life span.

Above is mine experience on both models. Hope dun confuse you.

It actually depends on ur type of ride... If u are going for track... i personally feel that the Sportec M1 will be a good choice cos i've heard a lot of good reviews about it... the BT014 is good when i tried my fren's Super 4... but according to some Cls 2 bike owners... they've commented that BT014 wears out fast on Cls 2 bikes... some only last for about 4 to 5 months :giddy: .... for me i am into touring... and i've read from some foreign forums and the reviews are good... furthermore my tyres are a steal at $380... thats why i didn't hesitate and changed them immediately... my new tyres are only 5 days old... i'm not sure if run in completely anot cos of the wax when new... but i've tried playing a few corners already and am very happy about it... the best part is the Z6 last long... with a hard compound on the centre and softer at the sides..

I forgot to write down the life span for the model.

Mixture usage (street and track)

For D208 not D208 RR , last about 6 months. 1 month once for track(Pg), 1 session. every session 18 to 22 laps.

For Bt014 last for about 10 months. 1 month once for track (Pg), 1 session, every session 18 to 22 laps.
