Riding isn't my hobby.When i ride,i feel at one with my bike.It's a passion,a way of life. .

Unlike a car driver,a biker is exposed to the wind, rain, heat, flying insects and vehicle fumes, all which make the ride a total sensory experience.

The control and foucs needed on the road remove all cares from my mind, while negotiating sharp bends is the most exhilarating and exciting. . .

I am a good cook and can cook good north Indian and south Indian dishes ha ha. I have not tried any chinese food though.. LMAO I even beat the girls in my school in the cookery competition by winning first prize. I still treasure those certificates I have with me. I should thank my mom... for allowing me and my brothers to learn the tricks of cooking good finger licking food.. my stomach goes ummmmmmmm... remembering those good dishes I could cook as a 10 yr old..

i was very independent since young...

a decent meal shouldnt be a problem...

no one taught me how to cook...everytime i buy food..i like to stand down there & see how they do it..

go back trial & error...then roughly know already lor..

but of course..not as good as theirs lah...

good enough for my girlfriend & my own family though...

Don't mess with old farts. Age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill.

Bullshit and brilliance only come with age and experience.

Someone just sort of spark the interest back in me to do some simple cooking.

I missed cooking simple porridge & simple steamed fish & egg dishes.

 i love to cook~

no doubt initially is being 'forced' by my mum~ :sian:

but good training though~

e.g sweet and sour pork~

the part of pork u chosen, when deep fried, do not over do, else it will be very dry inside and etc~

i am now trying to experience japanese chawanmushi~ steam egg~

actually i discover then it got quite abit technique which many cookery book didn't highlight out~ as i don't want the many holes on my egg~ :sian: this is my next venture~ hope it can be successful~ :cheeky:
