Comparing with the EFI model with normal riding in sg roads..... those who know please make your vote

Acceleration power is not important than a good perfect braking system to prevent an accident.

All drink about the same amount of petrol.

Fuel consumption is the least of your concerns when owing a Class 2 sports bike.

Past: KDX200, LC4 400, LC4 620, GSXR750WR

Present: CBR900RRY, Gas Gas EC250, XR250L, XR250RV, XR400 (motard-ed), NX650 Dominator

Doubt any of those bikes can give you better than 18km/l.

SV650 can do 20km/l. If you want better than that you'd probably need to looked at non-sports bikes. Maybe air cooled.... XJ600?

bro, even cl2a sportsbikes drink petrol like mad, lets not start with cl2's..

Look for the one with the biggest fuel tank capacity. Simple.

Fuel comp depends on so many factors other than the bike itself..

Traffic condition, engine condition, tyre pressure, chain/spocket size, rider riding style, types of rd travelled on etc etc...

If i claim that i squeeze 300km out of my 14l on my K4 600 last time, would you believe??

Im referring to the other stated models in the poll bro. If we want to include all other factors such as wat u stated, might as well we calculate the wind resistance, altitude, type of petrol used(whether RON 95 or higher), road conditions, riders' experiance, mods done on the said bike, etc..etc.. This will of coz affect the fuel range of the bike. :thumb:

Bro, nt refering to ya post..In reply to TS question anyway..

If fuel is the main concern, sportsbike isnt the one to go with..

So on a side note, it depends on the rider's style greatly..
