any recommenadation on Fully-Synthetic Engine Oil of any make u guys & gals been using??

and in terms of performance, wat is the major difference between 10w-50 and 15w-50 type? not much rite?

if i'm not wrong, 10w-50 is the best grade? blur la.. :sorry:

hope to here some replies soon.

thanx!

Motul 300V, Mobil Racing, Rockoil GRO Gearoil, BP VISTRA, FUCHS Silkolene.

10w-50 and 15w-50, if i'm not wrong its the density markings. 10W are lower in density, better for cold weather, 15W are higher density, better for humid weather. Correct me if i'm wrong.

okey, 80$ for a 28mm keihin flatslide is dirt cheap ( unless its a cap ayam, but i m not here to question the originality of the carb ) .

BUT, STILL THE QUESTION ABOUT TPS . CAN ANYONE TELL ME ?:giddy:

Does the race CDI still work along with the TPS ?

wat i do know is, an option i have is to pay Rm300 to fit the same VM22 carb from hong leong but with different needle and jettings . But if can fit flatslide, surely much more tempting .

i acknowledge the kind of power and response gain when fitting a flatslide, but wat kind of power and topspeed gains u guys made ?

sifus, please help me :faint:

Whats TPS btw ah, sorry i slow hehe

If u're doing just carb it will not gain much higher top, but the main diff is reachin the usual top at a much much faster speed.

If + CDI lagi fast, maybe 3rd gear can reach ur normal top.

If u want to achieve a higher top, u have to also consider manifolds and exhaust, sprocket sizing.

PS: i do have a question also. Can our carbs (28mm Keihin) use reed valves?

there is this white color plastic pedal inside the carb that moves up and down with the slide . I think tats the TPS .

How it works actually i oso dunno, but i guessing its a sensor tat tells the CDI to use which firing map based on the throttle position .

eehhh....so many racers...:bouncefire:

If open the slide out then fit back and the pedal sangkut at the top position, then when start engine sure rev up even the throttle is closed .

dun ask me how i accidently found tis out .:cheeky:

So the 28mm keihin got this pedal oso arr ?

then oso got another question,

last time arr, my fren got fit a TZM150 ignition coil ( or is it called spark coil ? its the coil inside the engine case ) on his spark 110 . The spark produced reli big and fat, throttle response damn crisp . So can think can fit on the spark 135 ? :cheeky:
