To all s4 riders! Where to get bracket holder for voltmeter?

Hi to all s4 riders, can i just check with you, where do u all customise yr s4 voltmeter bracket holder to fit in the middle, on top of the headlight?

 

Currently my voltmeter is DIY by the bike shop and its on the side of my handle bar. Shall posta pic soon. The voltmeter is on top of my brake fluid container (dunno wats that called) and the screws arnd the area has gone rusty.

 

Pls share yr ideas and yr suggestions. its be best if u can posta pic as well :cheeky:

Seen some very nice voltmeter housing unit at AutoBac in Bukit Batok and also in Mustaffa.

yeah.. but wat about the metal brackets? Did u guys customise somewhere else? I can find the holder but not the metal brackets holder...

I believe Seng Kwang can do it for you in anyway you want it mounted..asked to use steel material.

bro, do drop by MotoWorld when you are free. they sell this stainless steel voltmeter holder. its installed to the handlerbar of the bike. attached with this post is a sample pic of the voltmeter holder bracket which i had drawn. a clamp bracket comes with it. jus go down MotoWorld and ask them for the stainless steel voltmeter holder and they,ll show you the real thing. if my memory dun serve me wrong, its at the basement level of Motoworld at the showcase where they display all the CB400 mods items... :cheer:

oh ok thanks guy. I shall go over to MW to ask for it. Anyway im gg there to instal the scott oil lubricant too as well..

 

I shall post a pic of my voltmeter which was done by the bike shop.. rusty liao..

the bolt and nut tat holds the cup and the base tends to rust. can change to stainless steel bolt and nut ...

my every servicing @ 5k mileage includes...

 

4 pcs - Iridium Spark Plugs

3 or 4 bottles - Maxima Engine Oil

1 pc - OEM Honda Oil Filter

 

total up abt SGD$150... :giddy:

no need for MW, jus ride ur bike to any bolt and nut shops in any industrial park, eg; AMK industrial park 2... remove ur bolt and nut from the holder and bring in to the shop asking them for the same size but stainless steel ones... done. :)

 

looking at the pic, seems tat u need to respray the metal bracket to black as rust is forming up... :giddy:

i suppose its a fast job...

back to topic, tis was how i placed. jus go to local hardware store, ask for steel bend, den jus bracket it!

sorrie me just got my Ver S yesterday so super noob to S4 things
