Maybe mus try changing plug, clutch i dun think so, change gear all so smooth. dun think is Engine oil, jus change it 3weeks ago. run abt 1km+

cos i call up motorparts, the uncle told me clutch plate wont spoilt so easy. but maybe? i dunno.. lol.

guys, is $5.6k OTR with 3rd party insurance, IU, free box, helmet, bike cover considered ok to deal with? i got this quote from a bike shop in the east..

I think the 5.6K is quite ok since got so many freebies plus insurance. I think it is a pretty good deal! I bought my PULSAR around that price too with far less accessories...... *Starting to feel like a Carrot*

Yo guys, after I sold my pulsar for a CBR400R, I've been missing it every minute.

 

I miss the day I bought the bike, slowly running in @ 70km/h with my GF behind.

I miss the moments when I installed HID, with other riders staring at me (HID on pulsar? WTF!?)

I miss the comfortable seats, my gf actually fell asleep once.

I miss the luggage power of pulsar, I went to Comex 07, bought a 19" Lcd monitor, a Altec Lansing 2.1 speaker, and actually ferry my GF home too...

 

I miss my pulsar. I'm gonna sell away my CBR400R next month and buy a UG3.

Any idea when pulsar 200 or 220 is coming out?

bro since Universal is bringing in the 200cc end of this year. u can make arrangement for them to bring in the 220cc for you.. be the first to ride that in singapore lor. better right. EFI, 220cc.. if Universal can't bring in, try ask other shop that can selling pulsar now.. sure they can import in..

sure got second hand ones la.

i realised is hard to hit 50km/l la.

most u get is ard 40+km riding slowly ard 70km+ on the full tank.

but at least with a lesser FC, i still managed to hit 600km+ on a full tank.

Hi! been riding pulsar over a yr liao,the v2.0,without the kill switch. been observing the thread but no contributions so hush hush lor.

 

anw,got some ques. my bike version ah,wanna change spocket and chain can only do at UM isit? coz i saw someone mention that the rim has 6holes sumting lyk tt,unless change the rim to maybe an rxz one... coz thot of getting non-stock set..(wanna get better cruising lah) any idea where?

 

2ndly,i ride for one yr plus liao,but i hv never succeed in kick starting the machine..any1 noe y? a bit (act very) hard leh want to kick start. not i weak or wat lah,can kick start other machine, but not mine.. sobx

 

lastly,got read from some thread suggest to clean spocket and chain w diesel/kerosene first b4 lube. any1 try before? and wat lube good for the bike ah?

The styling of 200cc still attracts me more. But 220cc EFI don't run on dynamo, meaning our headlights will be bright all the way (as opposed to 180/200, the headlight will be brighter when u rev)

 

Gonna make a trip down to universal soon. Ask about both 200cc and 220cc. Anyway, I tot someone mentioned that 220cc has a fork problem? Keeps breaking

actually if u look properly, msia can change 6 hole sprocket oso... but the mech muz noe to use from which bike.

200cc no kick start hor.. if batt die means push start or u oso cannot ride the bike.

DATE: FIRST SAT AND SUN OF DEC 07

 

Time : Early in the morning (to be confirm)

 

Location: MALACCA (200km++)

MIn. speed for traveling: 90km/h with a couple of rest inbetween but no fuel topup. For Trip to Malacca or Kl, There will be no topup till we reach the last petrol station b4 we return to Singapore. No worry... our steed is capable of hiting >600km in one full tank.

 

Than we will stay overnite for rest b4 we move back to SIN.

 

I need a a couple of member to join in the committee for planning.

 

I will talk to universe and ask them for support.
