if for EFI models, when the idling is high, what could be the problem?

by right it should b more fuel efficiency as well!

 

299 idling cannot be adjusted? or adjust still went up high?

spark got fuel injector meh?? to what i know is that spark RX135 is with no clutch, semi auto,but, for RR 135 is with clutch.
