the atom pure is good looking. with the 3rd rom upgrade, atom become a very good ppc phone now!!

after 1 month, my Atom's speaker still no stock.

 

i'll be getting a one to one exchange Atom on tomorrow after few calls to their manager...

 

O2 after sales service is really bad...

 

HP going to launch HP version of Atom end of the month, selling cheaper than O2, i wonder who will buy from O2 again...

confirm one to one exchange? cause our my service centre hardly ANYONE can entitle one to one exchange man!

yes, i was told to meet the O2 servce center supervisor Jin Long to get the new Atom. you said hardly, but there's always exception.

 

I've been waiting for a month and no one can tell me when the parts come in and how long i have to wait.

If this is the case, O2 can always take out a good speaker from a good Atom, replace my spoiled speaker, and let O2 people wait for the parts. I shouldn't bear the consequences of O2's internal fault.

yea speaker and the water-patch mark on the screen is VERY common-fault for atom-user. thus e demanding is much more than u guys can imagine :)

 

 

and yes im workin @ the service centre but not techcianl thou :)

speaker is afforable. but is the labour fees which we gotta impose for customer out warrantly of $47.25!

also, i'm a subscriber to iguanamobile.. but i'm unable to d/l stuffs to my atom coz it seems that they can read the link or smething..

yea im wrkin on that too. im @ counter 1 mostly. the far left hand counter!

doubt i can recall. so many customers. hope the new atom serve u well :)

damn.. so many user came down and fix the atom.my deepest impression is a customer whom i encounter, who purchase his atom(m1) less than a week and he accidently break the sim card reader.I was attending to him and he is trying to convince me that its not a physical damage instead its product fault.

conclusion: its nt juz fix that sim card reader! instead? he have to change the whole motherboard + labour fees. poor him.
