hi mine highest break is 50 point at queenstown club ... anyone here got go klassic play b4 ??? i think in sg klassic tanles is the best liao cos they everyday clean and cover the table even west coast RC also lose ...

my favourite place to play is marina south Cue 'n' Cue... tables in gd condition and best of all.. you can't smoke inside.. i hate tables with cigarette burns...

one thing, anyone knows where i can buy o'min cues? the place i used to buy my cues from... Initial Ed at upper serangoon shopping centre no longer sells o'min cues... sad sia...

You can try Wiraka for cues. Their office/showroom is somewhere in the Eunos Industrial Estate. I've purchased a few cues from them for my clubhouse before.

 

They also have table services like carpeting, etc...

 

I'm now saving to get a nice 3/4 cue from them...

the finishes on wiraka cues aren't that gd imho... i still prefer o'min, master or norton... any idea where i can find any of these?

since u mentioned u go to cue 'n' cue quite often, y dnt u ask ben or ah wai, they shld have some on hand from wat i remember.

q shop is on 2nd floor.

 

o'min itself is already overpriced, so shld be ard 350 tht kind of price liao but still u have to see wat wood & the make of the cue itself

when i bought my o'min at initial ed it cost me 200+ only not even close to 300... can see how much difference between the 2 prices... as for this q shop, what cues do they sell?

thts y i said must c the wood & the make of the cue. unless wat u r telling me is tht the prics u compare r of the exact cue.

 

i'm not too sure bout the current stock q shop is carrying as its been ages since i last went there but they do carry a gd range of gd cues as the owner is the son of paul pang, the one who started the cue selling bizness in s'pore

Pool=smaller tables bigger balls usually played with 8 balls 9 balls seldom see straight pool in SG. If you tune in to ESPN usually you will see pool sports.

Billiards or also known as snooker are played on large tables with smaller balls but differnt game play. If you look for *Sharp billiard player* in the dictionary, you might end up seeing Simon Soh's face on the page...
