Yes, so far I think and feel so .. the Arrows aren't specially loud with the baffles in. Probably sound like a bike with a bigger engine. They are meant to be road legal in Europe anyway ...

Er no lah I'm not planning to say that to the cops. It's silly. What I'm saying is, they won't attract that much attention because they sound quite normal (because they passed European noise emission levels). If I really get stopped then too bad, serves me right. I chose to ride with them.

 

Anyway I'm not worrying too much. Just ride like normal while the agent does all the legal stuff. I hope they are on it though!

Well it is a movie afterall. I can't possibly say yes to everything like Jim Carey. But yes, it did have some impact on me. BTW the sound of the Hypermotard (in the movie) sucks!!! Crap! Doesn't do justice to the bike at all. Don't even sound like a L-Twin.

Just came back from my SingTel job. Yes I remember haha. That's because I just got the bike that time and I was just starting out on my new job (lots of reading up to do + driving lessons). Hopefully I can get settled down when I take up the new position (more reading ups + more driving lessons but at least time is more controllable).

Was driving back from back KL today and saw a green Street Triple behind me. Wanted to wind down window and give the rider a thumbs up but was worried it will might be mistaken for middle finger

Hey hello! If the bike you saw is green, and the backpack is orange, then it'll be me. I guess I'm the only crazy fellow to carry such a huge, orange backpack. I was with my friend (on a BMW bike). He carried my bag for most part of the ride (thankfully!).

 

Must use ear plugs next time. Now having a bit of hearing loss.

 

Wow how did you know that it was a Street Triple? You have really good eye sight! Which car were you driving? Maybe I could recall haha!

 

Passed by many Singapore cars on the way back but too tired to wave to anyone, just wanted to get home as soon as I could.
