i can ride my bike with no handlebar, with no handlebar, no handlebar.....:)

 

 

the speed is easy to get used to.

the bike feels nimble like a 400cc

but the pwr betrays its size.

 

okok.. wanna meet up tmr? sat? :)

seen quite a few of Speed Triple OTR, seen one wif arrow 3-1 slip on, sounds damn fierce, i wonder if engine runs too lean wif the slip on

Thanks.. btw where is handlebar? can we arrange a meet up this sat? get together session? :) wat do u think about it? :)

 

Handlebar is tucked away in Gillman Village, opposite BP tower. Travelling along alexandra road, turn left into Malan road and it is on your left. U cannot miss it.

Anyone keen to go and chill can pm me.

btw i am going to JR Accessory Warehouse Sale this wed or thurs after work. PM me if you want to come along.

thinking of getting Speed triple but scared will overheat easily in SG rd specially the jams.

spare parts wise i no idea.

but quite a unique ride

Hi guys

 

I have a silver Triumph axle nut cover which I got from Mah's back when I was on a T509.

 

Now that I'm no longer on a Triumph, would sell it if any of you guys want it.

 

$150 from Mah's, but I'll let it go for $100.

 

Perfect for dolling up that ugly hole in your wheel because of the single-sided swingarm.

 

Colour is silver, with the Triumph logo inside a black circle. No pics, but you're welcome to see it and try it before buying it.

 

Fits every Speed Triple rear axle nut, if I'm not mistaken. Doesn't need a mechanic to fix it, either.

not too sure abt the newer triples, the older ones sounded like a bag of bolts was thrown into the engine, which was lovely! the look on the faces of other commuters when you pull up next to them at the lights with what sounds like a tractor about to explode and the next thing they know, is that you pull of in a wail of delight from the engine and the pipes as you bounce off the limiter in the first 2 gears....the perfect recipe for getting done by the cops!

I just came back from the showroom. The Pearl White Daytona SE is gone. I wonder if it is sold to someone or they moved the bike to somewhere for display.

 

And I saw a black Street Triple "GS" :p The bike has 2 hard boxes by the side and racks fabricated by Seng Kwang.
