we need a S3 meet up, heck there are too few of us around, might as well do a triumph meet up...the issue is that there are some in the cruiser forum and some here, meet to consolidate the members and send out a note to all!

btw, we also should track our rides...i now seem to be taking corners a little faster than when i was doing so on my tiger!

Hey, I didn't know our bike was used in The Matrix? Must be more observant next time...

Anyway I agree with Ben... a Triumph meet-up would be veeery nice.

We just need a good time and place. After Hari Raya would be great with me, cos before then I'm kinda busy.

What bout the rest of you guys?

Hi bro Fatt Ge

Your bike would really look nice and complete if you had the axle nut cover. I bought mine for $150 from Mah's. The rear wheel looks kinda plain without it lah.

Desewer: I have a suggestion...Maybe if you change your thread title to Triumph...it might just attract more Triumph riders in here...juz my 2 cents worth...

Hmm... good suggestion. I tried but can't seem to find out how to change the thread topic.

As for the axle nut cover, they won't have any in stock. I had to place an order and get it imported in.

He's using the 955i version lah... not the T5...

Anyway, I did some reading on the stunts pulled during the filming of the movie. I bought the DVD and watched the behind-the-scenes extras.

Most of the stunts were super-highly-coordinated and the bottom of the bike (wheels) is rarely seen because it's attached to a tow-bar. No way he could've pulled those stunts just like that!

Just changed my battery to a maintenance-free version, and also installed a switch to toggle low-beam and sidelights (positional lamps).

I find that the low-beam is a HUGE drain on my battery when I tested with a multimeter. I use just the sidelights for daytime riding.

Organise the meet mate, don't wait

nas, i got my mate to bring back a workshop service manual for me but i would like to take a look at yours as well.

btw, i have an extra air temp sensor if anyone needs one.

tied up with stuff not much riding on my end at the moment.

keep it till the right one comes along who can appreciate a triumph...there are too many bargain hunters out there who do not appreciate a marque. too bad for them!
