Yes it true. Honda production cost haven't gone down yet. In fact, it has just went up again for the 3Q. Anyway I would suggest you try other brand as you have already ridden the new CBR. Maybe a kawa? I'm not a band bias person. I will buy watever I think is worth at the point of purchase. This way the selection will not be limited. Or you may wait for the new V4 sport tourer? I will buy the new Busa or the KTM SMT if I have the chance.

Can an 06 mudguard fit your bike?

He got a Kawa and it looks like a cockroach from the front, I always tell him it looks like he's screwing a cockroach when he rides the ZX10. I really don't like the looks of the bike, I think it's the ugliest among the big 4.

 

I tried the Busa, it's a far reach to the handle bar even I am 1.7m tall. I am not a sportstourer fan, I still like the aggressive looks of a sportsbike.

 

I am just guessing and hoping, Honda may not release a new Fireblade for 2010, maybe just color change again, then they will unveil a V4 sportsbike next month, RVF1000RR.

 

I was at Mah yesterday checking out the RSV4, it really does not look like a well made bike.

 

I am more inclined towards the S1000RR now, but it's a 1st iteration, so I am a bit hesitant.

hey guys i m planning to sell my GSXR K7 600 to trade for CBR 1000RR8 or RR9.... is any1 selling off their RR8??? pls do PM me.....

 

A new RR9 is 28,800 otr now, are you wiling to pay 22k for an accident free, excellent condition RR8? It's washed only by a very anal person, not even a swirl mark on the bike. Day 0 there has been Race Shield slapped on.

Even my Italian friend advised against it. All the Duc owners he knows have problems with them. One of my friend who rides a 1098 heard funny sounds from his Duc, few weeks later, the crankshaft broke. Lucky it was within warranty, they gave him a new engine. Plus I don't like V twins. Vibrate too much.

No wonder my fren's boss sold his 1098 just 6 months after he bought it...... Bt continental bikes are known for having a lot of torque.......
