Delay in moving off means if you already had the right of way and traffic is clear, you did not move, or take too long to move, causing your window of opportunity to close.

You dreaming at the junction lo. Usually your turn to move and you took a long time to move off. Can be because you doing your checks. So remember to do your checks quickly and move off asap. ;) Be confident!

remember that cars in driving centre are going very slowly so its still safe to turn out even if the car looks near. when you go to the open road please recalibrate safety window.

I think I rather gotten delay in moving off then causing others to slow down or taking evasive action.

nowadays when you take TP, most of the time learner car don't give way to tester motorcycle and they will suddenly accelerate.
