Anyway my wingrack still available and collecting dust...still waiting for those that appreciate...

 

 

Anyway those using SW-motech...how much is the GIVI adapter...just wanna know...the adapter issit can screw off from the givi base plate? or its a special adapter?

 

 

My strom gonna be fat ass soon hopefully :p

Mods what mods? Nothing much actually...wasnt really keen on spending the s4...as i know that im not going to use it long term

I spend most of it on the fat ass project though...i keep on changing my panniers setup haha...

 

Now with the strom...just purchase sw-motech rack...hmm this rack is more universal...i have so many wild idea...lols...but financially not that good now haha...so have to wait...

i checked with BT21, it'll cost $400 for the SW-Motech rack kit for CB13, so if i get it, just bring to SK to customize...

I was thinkin if the WingRack can be detached to pieces, maybe can DIY fit to existing rack mountings and then reinforce at SK.

 

How bout Thurs we meet-up and go pump petrol at 2nd Link. Then rilek at the R&R...

Faz, the wingrack is 3 pieces mounted together, not amounting the fit on brackets.

if want to DIY onto yr current rack can, but best is jus bring the rack to SK for fresh fitting, as they'll measure & fit to yr wishes.

 

eh... this thurs... i mayb in kukop leh... mit @ R&R southbound(heading s'pore)?

still exploring for ways that can secure my top box better.. the incident at 2nd link left me quite concerned on how long more my rack and mounting points can last before it gives way again..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

I tried taking off from my monokey base plate...but it is damn hard...maybe stuck there already......anyway i measure it...yeah its the exact same fitment...anyway when to GIVI...liao they have stock...but they cant sell it separately...:sian:

 

Anyway im not in a rush...cause dont think im going touring so soon...or in need to use the panniers yet...Hence just chill first...probably wanna diy a briefcase...hmm...just another crazy thought for now...haha...

so was tinking if get that kit, then mod abit to fit my 400. then when well to do liao, get a CB13 & transfer over? :D

 

oh, bolt stuck huh? get it soak in some WD40s, then, try to lossen the bolt again?

they rubbish lah, tell elyn, online got sell seperate de, if she dont believe, ask her check out twistedthrottle.com

then say, willing to place orders for it! must prove to them then they'll listen...

otherwise, if want to save cost, go to bike shop & hunt for good conditioned 2nd hand's?
