Bery bery good...

Did up my shocks again earlier this week to compensate for the extra weight the pair of E45's cargo...

Loving it very time I ride out... Have more loading space than my EX ST1100 and even more when compared to my other ST1300 in which I co-own...

Heading up to Phuket next month! SionG!!!:thumb:

ah... Songkran festival eh?

enjoy, tk care & ride safe. :thumb:

Seng Kwang or the other fella, situated near Motorworld, that does the welding can help.

Or any steady mech that knows a good welding can do.

But just a note, once its broken before, it'll break again no matter hw many times its re-weld..

But then, could be otherwise if workmanship or technique can differ it..

I would'nt recommend welding... but it all depends on the damage... at times, it'll be wiser to strip all the "Cover" of the tail section to determine the amount or extend of the damage...

Should you intend to have some one look into helping you perform the welding... Drop me a PM.. I'll point you at the correct direction. The place where I got my rack set-up..

Cheers!

Seng Kwang will not weld. They will make another stainless steel bracket about 5mm thickness and secure on a point on your frame.

you can find seng kwang at Seng Kwang Metal Ind Co Is Located In 10 Ang Mo Kio Ind Pk 2A #05-31 AMK Auto Point S(568047). call ahead to William at 64819580 so you know what to do.

i went there twice to do up my boxes. first was using givi racks and boxes. then again with my h&b and boxes. with the givi, they can customize them so the boxes sit nicely and it is a cheaper solution. however, do note that the givi rack does not handle weight well and will eventually crack (as you have experienced). the rack they did for my h&b looks super strong...but is costly. i think it is a worthwhile investment though. so call ahead to ask and then decide.

all the best.

i never even got to clear so many days leaves except during NS & being force to clear block leaves...

ppfftt!

& i thought a bigger cc bike shld be able to cruise comfortably for longer trips?

as S4 is more of a city zipping bike..

but thats IMO. to each his own preferences. ;)

for the record, as i cant afford a class 2 bike, so i look @ this alternative.

still dreaming of owning a cl 2 bike thou...

hmm, will keep u inform of the plannings.. :thumb:
