Growls. I almost wanted to scream at Fedex.

Now weekend ... emails I don't see liao. Monday then see ... hrmp!

Sending stuff overseas is becoming more and more complicated is it? Even by so called easy sending by Fedex/DHL/TNT is getting more mafan.

That's why I'm not going to start Facebook. Adding 500+ people that I know in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, America, NZ and Australia is going to be very busy.

 

For SBF, I'm glad the lag is gone but I'll still surf once a week and only certain threads.

expensive petrol prices are bugging me right now. prices go up very fast but come down very slow. haiz.

The cleaners are not doing their job. And I notice a lot of white hairs are now peeking out from my temples.

 

I dont want to overstep my authority but I think its time that I show some supervisors that I dont take crap once I am overwhelm with it.

 

I protect my men, and take the crap for them. But push me too far, and I will make sure everyone lives a very high pressured life instead.

 

On another note. Johan, where is your facebook?

I need staff. Need to replace some people that cannot work. Though I am leaving the job for another job. I still dont like to leave things as it is.

 

Recruiting for:

 

1) Condominium Manager for a big old estate. Prefers someone that can take stress. (My hair is going salt and pepper already.)

 

2) Condominium Technicians. Looking for boys with ITE Electrical Certs at least, and willing to learn how to maintain Condo Estates. Its a really stable job, sometimes boring but generally very predicatable.

WHY WHY, about me??? i already say i wish to help the planner? SO WHAT IF I DUN HAVE ENGINEERING DEG? as a logistics poly grad i can do product planning, supply planning, inventory planning as well.

 

i am just a contract, obviously they think i am not up to the job.

 

am i really struck at cust svc????

 

probably in e end, they also will distribute my job among them since got extra headcount. things not looking good at all, i cant even extend let alone learn planning function?

Pissed off with the company policy. Tried to did my clearance but they didnt want to accept a letter that i returned the airport pass. Wanted me to retreive it back. Goddammit the airport pass belongs to the airport police and not to the company. I bet they gonna hold my airport pass till god knows when. Means I cant find a company in the FTZ area. Dumb company. Gonna have to endure to my last effective date next tue.

problem is u, all u do is complain in a forum n who cares.

if u want the job, dun sit n complain, do the proper procedure in ur coy.

apply for the job, go for the interview n tell ur management tat u r able n capable.

dun complain, just do it.

if u dun get the job, consider upgrading urself coz management thinks u r really not suitable with reasons.

u can then find out wat's the reason by asking.

careers r made, not sitting around waiting to rise.

one more thing: nobody will kiss ur a$$ unless u own the coy.

with reference to my career, i finally managed to have a talk with my mgr. I had indicate my interest in supply planning and hope to be convert to perm. He say he will help me look up but no promises though and an engineering cert is not necessary required for planning role.

 

In my case, going for more study is not the solution, i need to learn the planning function, really hope i got chance after i indicate my interest. This is the only hope of going into planning.

 

Will wait for 2 mths if got any good news. Before that i already told my mgr i can take on more rols and he already given me more role, but is doing same thing but more regions.

Still not on FB 'cos no time .I'm already online on MSN a few times a week and SBF once a week. That's how busy I am.

Unfortunately......yes.

 

It probably have to do with being the person that receives complaints, being pressured to do things, and having to please all parties. And we are talking about long hours, 24/7 on standby kinda pressure.
