my supplier will be in sg from 24-27 May...

he is ok that we pay him cash when he comes to sg...

but once we ordered cannot back out...

what he brought over we need to take it...

currency wise either pay in sgd or usd...

my suggestion is to just pay in usd to not complicate matters...

 

if you want to change only 1 side then change the right side to have more torque...

yamaha coil gives you more power compare to protec ultimate more torque...

sorry that protec coils are all grey...

At what speed do you travel. If your bike has enough power in the low gears, then you can downsize the rear sprocket by 3-6 teeth and then if you keep the bike close to 6k- 7k RPM, you should be able to hit 60 km/ltr

 

Daily its 80% highway, 20% normal.

If no jam, 70-90km/hr

If jam then will be average 40-50km/hr

 

Low to mid range throttle is fine. not planning to change anything yet. will monitor my riding style and see how it goes for the next tank.

 

For the XCD, the bike will let you know if you over throttle, cos it will make a "grunt" noise. so I am trying to keep it within the RPM range for each gear.

 

Trying not to forget to change gear once it hits 4500-5000RPM on the meter. Anymore and the grunt noise comes in. Knowing the bike more will help me save more fuel.

 

Just as feedback, this XCD will vibrate between 68-72km/hr.

I get 7000 rpm now at 86km/hr

hahaa... issit? ... you saw the dark clouds at jurong rite ... hmmmm ... anyway did cancel my class after you left from my place .... hahaha

 

hmm btw .. no good Ah TEk just called me to inform you guys that if you wanna do the LED Hand Guard your self .. you must tag the wire from the main ignition switch and not from the control unit. Reason is before you and fircyber came to collect, fizhlmocca arrived first to collect his and went to UM to install. So when he did the LED HG on mocca's bike he surfaced some issues .. tested ok for both before installatin but once installed one of the LED has no light. He did call me before hand about the problem. So after trying his best he managed to rectify the problem like stated.

Just came back from UM to change my front brake pad, rear brake shoe & install NB plus.

Sad to say along my way home, can hear wierd sound from my front wheel.

When reach @ my MSCP ,park on main stand & try to rotate the front wheel...my goodness it was very stiff..

Called Ah Tek & told him abt the problem...

 

Need to go back there tomorow morning & was told to ride slowly there...

 

So tonite not attending BTWO @ KTM.....scared & no confident....

 

Just to update.

Today serviced the brake caliper..'O' ring worn out>> replaced.

Also no good Ah Teck spray my caliper .

Treatment procedure for small engines

with separate fuel and oil system

 

Step 1.

Warm up the engine to the operating temperature

Squeeze out the content of one sachet into the filler of the oil tank

Start the engine and let it idle for no less than 2 min

Run as normal

 

Step 2.

Repeat Step 1 after 150-250 km (90-150 miles) run of a motorcycle or 4 hours of engine operation (equivalent of 120-150 miles run)

 

Step 3

Repeat Step 1 after 150-250 km (90-150 miles) run of a motorcycle or 4 hours of engine operation (equivalent of 120-150 miles run)

 

Note

The compound is equally effective for any two- and four-cycle engines of any model.

The treatment is regarded to be completed after no less than 1500 km run or 20 hours of engine operation. It is not necessary to change oil in four-cycle engines before the treatment.

 

Double the dose if the volume of the engine is more than 1000 cc.

XADO revitalizant is compatible with any additives, dopes, metal conditioners, remetallizants etc. regardless of sequence of their application.
