Speed too high getting into the corner, you need to be really skilful to corners at that speed. I drop speed to less than 30km/hr while taking any 90 degree or sharper corners haha.

yesterday went to UM.. NGAT said that exhaust requires welding but he was busy with another bike so another mech came to see.. checked the exhaust.. confirmed that its e exhaust loose.. need to go UM on sat early early.. let them tune it too..

 

As you guys suggested.. should change this too?

I think sharp corners like major to minor road or left turn at traffic junction.. 30km/h i think quite ok la.. just in case got ppl run out from nowhere..

if its highway decelaration lane (usually a curve).. i will slow down to 55.. scared of skidding..

haha, that is due to the phobia in me after 1 self skid in wet MSCP with stock tyres and after that riding a couple of bikes with really bad handlebar wobbling problems. Now even though my bike is 100% fit, my confidence is no where close to 100%

Since you have diagonised that the sound is due to the exhaust, just get the exhaust fixed and no need to touch the carb as you have got it cleaned recently. After getting the exhaust fixed you can just request them to tune the volume screw since now you have different airfilter

 

You can change the main jet to P180's mainjet which is 117.5 size, bigger than the P200's mainjet which is 110, if you want. But it will affect your FC and potentially improve performance.

pelican similar cases...

been riding with it for 1 month+...

to make a correction, the price for getting a pair of pelicans + custom mounting kits will cost almost the same price as h&b boxes...
